  • Empowered with Spirit is located within Mornington Industrial Park (MIP) 

  • At the rear of  Studio 15/1140 Nepean Hwy, Mornington

  • Google Maps - "Empowered with Spirit"

Turn left at the driveway of 1140 Nepean Hwy at (MIP) located where Moor Room Storage is. Proceed down the driveway on the RH side until you reach the rear end, turn right & follow around to the rear entrance of  Studio 15, you may park on the grassed area behind the entrance to No. 15 only.

If you have arrived at Officeworks you have missed the driveway of 1140.

Go back around and take the 2nd driveway after Bata & before Officeworks. 

If coming from Bungower Road turn right into Nepean Hwy.

*Please note; we are not located in the housing estate!
